We are seeking a PRN Chaplain to join our team in the Wichita Falls area. If you have a heart for serving others and a passion for supporting individuals and families through compassion and presence, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families.
- Assess spiritual needs and develop individualized spiritual care plans.
- Offer prayer, counseling, and supportive visits based on patient preferences and beliefs.
- Support families through grief and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
