We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to join our Brenham team. If you have a heart for caring for others and want to work with a team that truly supports one another, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Document patient visits accurately using a company-provided tablet.
- Work closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional hospice care.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Hospice, home health, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid Texas driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the Brenham service area.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
