We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to provide PRN support to patients throughout the Springtown and Azle area.

What You'll Do
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers as directed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Observe patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
- Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
- Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide compassionate patient-centered care
What We're Looking For
✔ Current Texas CNA certification
✔ Hospice, home health, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred
✔ Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing one-on-one patient care
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
✔ Ability to travel throughout the Springtown/Azle service area
✔ Current CPR certification preferred
Hospice experience is preferred but not required. If you're a caring CNA with a heart for helping patients and families, we'd love to talk with you.
