Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Decatur, Bridgeport & Wise County Area
Position: Full-Time or PRN

We're looking for a caring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team serving the Decatur, Bridgeport, and Wise County area. Whether you're looking for a full-time career or the flexibility of a PRN schedule, we'd love to talk with you.
Hospice experience is welcomed, but if you have a passion for caring for others, we're happy to support and train the right nurse.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Complete routine patient visits and assist with admissions as assigned.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, comfort measures, and medications.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using a company-provided tablet.
- Work closely with physicians, RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Texas LVN license.
- Hospice, home health, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Current CPR certification.
