At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to help grow our presence throughout Orange, Texas, and surrounding communities!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, developing referral relationships, and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Develop new referral opportunities while strengthening existing community partnerships.
  • Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about hospice services and the benefits of early hospice involvement.
  • Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
  • Conduct regular visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand community awareness.
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure a positive referral and admission experience.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
  • Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
  • Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow all applicable healthcare marketing and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing experience required.
  • Established healthcare relationships in Orange County or surrounding communities are a plus!
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable meeting new people.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a productive marketing territory.
  • Strong follow-through and commitment to building long-term referral relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and clinical teams.
  • Knowledge of hospice services, referral processes, and healthcare environments required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize marketing activities.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Orange and surrounding communities.
We're especially interested in candidates who already have healthcare relationships in the area and understand how to develop trust, maintain consistent communication, and grow referral partnerships.
