At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team serving Port Arthur, Texas, and surrounding communities!
We're looking for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop meaningful healthcare relationships, and has the drive to grow a successful marketing territory.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop new referral opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of timely hospice referrals.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand community awareness of Concho Hearts Hospice.
- Represent our organization at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
- Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
- Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
- Maintain professionalism and follow all applicable healthcare marketing and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of hospice services, eligibility, referral processes, and the hospice philosophy of care.
- Established healthcare referral relationships in Port Arthur, Jefferson County, or surrounding communities are a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new referral accounts and maintain existing partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to independently manage and develop a productive marketing territory.
- Strong follow-through and commitment to building long-term referral relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and leadership teams.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout Port Arthur and surrounding communities.
Please note: This position requires previous hospice marketing experience. Candidates without hospice experience will not meet the minimum qualifications.
