At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to help strengthen our presence throughout Lumberton and surrounding communities!
We're looking for a motivated professional who understands the hospice industry, takes initiative, and can turn meaningful relationships into trusted referral partnerships.
Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new hospice referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
- Educate referral partners about hospice services, eligibility, and appropriate referrals.
- Make consistent in-person visits throughout the assigned marketing territory.
- Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at networking events, community activities, and healthcare meetings.
- Build community awareness and develop long-term referral partnerships.
- Work closely with clinical and leadership teams to support patient referrals and admissions.
- Maintain accurate tracking of marketing activities and referrals.
- Meet established referral development and territory growth goals.
- Follow healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
- Knowledge of hospice care, eligibility, and referral development.
- Established healthcare relationships in Lumberton, Silsbee, Beaumont, or surrounding communities are a plus.
- Proven success developing and maintaining referral accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, confident, and professional.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
