Are you an experienced Hospice Marketer who loves meeting people, building trusted relationships, and making a difference in the communities you serve?

At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to help expand our presence throughout Vidor and surrounding communities!

We're searching for someone who understands hospice care, has experience developing referral relationships, and enjoys being out in the community representing an organization committed to compassionate patient care.

Previous hospice marketing experience is required.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop new hospice referral opportunities and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, eligibility, and timely referrals.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand community awareness and grow the assigned territory.
  • Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at healthcare events and community networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support referrals and admissions.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
  • Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
  • Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
  • Follow applicable healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice care, eligibility, and referral processes.
  • Established healthcare relationships in Vidor, Beaumont, Orange, or surrounding communities are a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to independently develop and manage an assigned territory.
  • Strong follow-through and commitment to building lasting relationships.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
