At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Marketer/Community Liaison to help us grow our presence in Pearland, Texas, and surrounding communities.
This isn't just about growing referrals. It's about connecting patients and families with compassionate hospice care when they need it most.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral partners.
- Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase hospice awareness and appropriate admissions.
- Represent Concho Hearts Hospice throughout Pearland and surrounding communities.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with referral sources.
- Develop and maintain a consistent marketing schedule and territory plan.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure a positive referral and admission experience.
- Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and educational presentations.
- Track referral activity and communicate marketing progress.
- Meet established growth goals while maintaining professional and ethical referral practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Experience building referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, organized, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a marketing territory.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and follow through on goals.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with Pearland and the surrounding healthcare community is a plus!
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned marketing territory.
- Hospice marketing experience is a big plus! We're especially interested in candidates who understand the hospice industry and enjoy building meaningful referral relationships.
