What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the Executive Director to support the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion.
  • Coordinate branch Human Resources functions, including onboarding new employees and working closely with the Home Office HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams.
  • Assist with payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files, branch rosters, and confidential records.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and company devices.
  • Upload and maintain documentation within the EMR system.
  • Coordinate invoices and submit them to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
  • Assist with IDT meeting preparation and other administrative support.
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and personnel documentation.
  • Support branch audits and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment that supports both employees and patients.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous office management or healthcare administrative experience required.
  • Hospice office experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
