Hospice CNA/Hospice Aide - PRN

Location: South Houston Area
Compensation: Generous Per-Visit Pay + Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: PRN / Flexible

Looking for flexible CNA work where you can spend meaningful time caring for patients?

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide to support patients and families in the South Houston area.

Unlike facility settings where assignments can feel rushed, hospice care allows you to focus on comfort, dignity, and personal connection. Our Hospice Aides play a vital role in helping patients feel supported and cared for during one of life’s most important journeys.

What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
Observe and report patient condition changes to the nursing team.
Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Smaller patient assignments allow you to spend meaningful time with each patient.
