Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN
Location: Beaumont and the surrounding area

What Your Days Will Look Like:

Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Beaumont area.
Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Complete visits, admissions, recerts, and documentation.
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Help patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity.
Chart in real time using a provided tablet.

What We’re Looking For:

Texas RN license.
Hospice or home health experience preferred (we will train the right nurse).
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
A nurse with heart, compassion, and independence.
