We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Aubrey, Frisco, Little Elm, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients wherever they call home
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and routine patient visits
- Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
- Provide pain management, symptom control, and comfort-focused care
- Monitor changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families about medications, disease progression, comfort measures, and end-of-life care
- Coordinate medications, medical equipment, supplies, and other patient needs
- Collaborate with LVNs, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, and physicians
- Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients and families
- Manage assigned patient care responsibilities and coordinate visits as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred
- Hospice nursing experience is a plus!
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional patient care
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Aubrey, Frisco, Little Elm, and surrounding communities
