What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Fort Worth area.
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Complete visits, admissions, recerts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
- Help patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity.
- Chart in real time using a provided tablet.
What We’re Looking For:
- Texas RN license.
- Hospice or home health experience preferred (we will train the right nurse).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- A nurse with heart, compassion, and independence.
