What You’ll Do:

Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Ennis area.
Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and facilities.
Complete routine visits, admissions, and recertifications.
Develop and update individualized plans of care.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
Maintain accurate documentation using a company-provided tablet.

What We’re Looking For:

Active Texas RN license.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Most importantly, we’re looking for nurses who lead with compassion, patience, and empathy.
