Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with onboarding new hires and employment paperwork.
- Help manage employee files, compliance documents, and HR records.
- Support hiring efforts, including job postings and applicant communication.
- Track licenses, renewals, acknowledgments, and required documentation.
- Coordinate HR projects, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Provide friendly and professional support to employees and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in HR, office administration, or healthcare preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset.
